This week, we will be featuring two recipes for overripe fruits. Our main stars for this edition will be overripe bananas and strawberries!

When we store fruits for too long, they tend to overripe and turn mushy in texture. Some people might not enjoy the taste and choose to throw them away. However, there are many uses for overripe fruits and they are especially ideal for baking. This edition features two recipes- Banana Bread and Strawberry Jam.
