1. Defrost Puff/Pies in chiller overnight
2. Preheat Oven/Airfryer to 180°C
3. Brush the Puff/Pie with egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 teaspoon of water/milk)
4. Prick holes on top of pastry with a fork
5. For Oven: Bake the Puff/Pies for 15-20 mins at 180°C.*
5. For Airfryer: Bake the Puff/Pies for 8-10 mins at 180°C.*
