Oven Method: Run cold water over frozen eel sealed in packet, until packet becomes loose from eel. Open packet, slide eel onto baking pan. Cover and bake in a 180C oven for 12-13 minutes. Ready to serve.
Microwave Method: Place frozen eel, sealed in a packet, on a microwave - proof plate. Pierce holes for steam to escape on top side of packet. Microwave on high power for 4 minutes. Open packet and slide eel. Ready to serve.
Place frozen eel, sealed in packet, in boiling water. Boil for about 10 minutes. Remove from boiling water, open packet and slide eel onto serving plate. Ready to serve
