1. Fully Defrost Before Cook
2a. Oven Cooking Method Preheat oven at 160C for 10 minutes. Place meat on roasting pan, put meat into oven at 160C for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, increase temperature to 180C for another 10 minutes (for Char-Grill) until fully cooked. Remove from oven, glaze surface of ribs with honey/maple syrup. Before serve, rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
2b. BBQ Cooking Method Cook the meat over medium heat, 20 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Thereafter, glaze with honey/maple syrup on both sides before serve. 2c. Grill Cooking Method Grill the meat over medium heat, 20 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Thereafter, glaze with honey/maple syrup on both sides before serve.
